Aqua is located at the southern end of Allison Island, a private island situated within the Indian Creek waterway in the La Gorce neighborhood of Miami Beach. This Mid/North Beach Area of Miami Beach is seen as an upscale seaside village much like Martha’s Vineyard or La Jolla. The area is more tranquil than any other Miami Beach areas, with fewer tourists, less crowded beaches, less traffic on the streets and generally speaking a more laid back lifestyle.

The La Gorce Country Club and Brittany Bay Park are located less than a mile away. South Beach and Bal Harbour are both easily accessible from the island, and the Miami International Airport is around a 20-minute drive via the 1-95/Julia Tuttle Causeway.
